We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors while supporting the overall administrative functions of the office. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism. Oversee office management tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient workflow. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records through data entry and document management. Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications. Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately. Support administrative tasks as a personal assistant to senior management when required. Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Train, supervise, and evaluate front desk staff to ensure high performance standards.
