Office Administrator Modern House and Building Movers, Inc. 12011 44th Street North, Clearwater, FL 33762 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to support our team in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing superior support for team leaders and customers . This role is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations and facilitating effective communication within the office. Responsibilities Manage incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional manner. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently including receipts on the Bill.com platform. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members. Provide clerical support, including proofreading documents, and physical inventory counts. Utilize MS Office for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations. Handle customer inquiries with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Collaborate with team members to ensure all administrative functions are performed effectively. Qualifications Previous experience as an administrative assistant is preferred but not required. Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times. Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all communications and documents. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office environment.
