As the Office Manager , you will be responsible for hiring, managing, training, and motivating the SERVPRO® office team. You will oversee all accounting functions, administrative activities, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Assist in hiring office personnel and ensure employment best practices and compliance Manage the training and development plans for office team Oversee performance management for office team Deliver financial reporting as needed Verify and analyze franchise performance reports Assist with office staffing and compensation plan as needed Position Requirements High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred 5+ year(s) of office, accounting, HR, or customer service management experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail Very self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills Solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) and QuickBooks Online Have strong bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks online Payroll experience a plus Experience collecting outstanding accounts Ability to learn new software, including proprietary software and Xactimate® estimating software preferred Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies This is a role in an office environment.
