Your job will be to provide clerical support to our managers and employees and perform all daily administrative activities. The Administrator should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease. The Office Administrator’s main tasks include order entry, invoicing, filing, data entry, taking orders from customers, and various other office duties. Our ideal candidate has experience as an office management or relevant administrative role. A successful Office Administrator should be able to ensure that our office runs smoothly. Responsibilities Invoicing product to the customer Order office supplies Maintain internal databases Enter customer orders in the system Answer phone calls Maintain a filing system Prepare regular reports Organize, store and print company documents as needed Skills Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant or relevant role Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and scanners Knowledge of office policies and procedures Experience with NetSuite; Microsoft Excel & Outlook Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and oral communication skills Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
