This role requires a blend of administrative expertise, attention to detail, and proficiency in various office software applications including Microsoft Office and Quickbooks. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support inquiries, providing exceptional service. Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible. Oversee scheduling, including appointments and meetings, while managing calendars for staff. Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before dissemination. Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels. Assist in onboarding new employees by providing necessary training on office procedures. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
