We are a leading and rapidly expanding supplier of advanced walking excavators, serving customers across the U.S. and North America. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Manager (m/f/d) with a strong focus on Finance & Administration , as well as experience in HR processes . This role is central to ensuring financial accuracy and smooth internal operations.

Your Responsibilities:

Finance & Administration Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including invoice management, payments, expense tracking, and pre Collaborate with external accountants on monthly closings and year-end reporting Prepare financial reports and performance dashboards for upper management Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and internal cost control Maintain financial records, contracts, and compliance documentation Coordinate administrative aspects of international imports, including communication with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers Human Resources (streamlined) Maintain employee records and manage basic HR documentation Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee communication Administer benefits programs, including health insurance and pension plans Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations

Your Profile:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Solid understanding of U.S. financial processes and HR basics Prior experience in the construction equipment sector or similar is an advantage Proficient in tools like Sage, and MS Office (especially Excel) Strong organizational and analytical skills Excellent communication in English (German is a plus) Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and proactive
