TITLE:

General Office Manager

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma and 1 year of experience as a Office Manager/Project Oversight. Experience in administration, finance, HR, and project coordination.

JOB DUTIES

Supervise daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning. Oversee and coordinate administrative staff activities. Develop and implement office policies and procedures. Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports. Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll. Coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate financial records. Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects. Maintain project schedules and track progress. Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project timelines are met. Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for new employees. Oversee employee performance evaluations and professional development. Handle employee relations and conflict resolution. Ensure the office environment is safe, clean, and conducive to productivity. Manage office supplies and inventory. Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain records of permits, licenses, and other regulatory documents. Stay updated on industry regulations and standards. Act as a liaison between upper management and employees. Facilitate internal and external communications. Organize and lead meetings, preparing agendas and minutes. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. Assist in the development of marketing materials and strategies.
