Office Administrator Location:
Sarasota, FL Pay Rate:

$17.00/hour We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Administrator to join a home care office in Sarasota. This full-time role involves answering phones, scheduling caregivers, and handling general administrative tasks to ensure smooth and reliable service for clients and staff. It’s a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and enjoys helping others.

Schedule Options:
Evenings:

Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00

PM Weekends:

Saturday-Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00

PM Full Schedule Option:

Work both shifts with Wednesdays off (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and provide professional support to clients, caregivers, and team members Schedule and coordinate caregivers for home visits Update schedules and maintain accurate records in the system Communicate clearly with staff and families about shift confirmations or changes Assist with basic office tasks and support daily operations

Qualifications:

Previous office, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Comfortable using scheduling software and learning new systems Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve effectively Friendly, professional, and compassionate approach to customer service
