Duties will consist of the following: Correspond with coworkers, candidates and clients Answer phones and provide direction and information to callers Write job ads to attract the appropriate candidates Contact candidates and schedule interviews and assessments Provide written feedback to client regarding candidate potential and past experience Candidates who meet the following criteria will be contacted for an immediate interview: Stable job history Previous success as an Office Administrator or as a recruiting professional or an account manager in the staffing industry Ability to speak and write effectively English and Spanish speaking, fluently Persuasive skills Great communication skills Follow up and follow through ability Desire to be successful Compensation includes a competitive base salary and monthly profitability bonus based off the successful operations.
