We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, implementing policies, coordinating recruitment, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires a proactive professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies while maintaining a positive workplace environment.
  • Manage the office staff with onboarding, policies, procedures, and be the liaison between them and management.
  • Organize training and development programs for employees.
  • Serve as a liaison between CSR employees and clients to address product concerns.
  • Oversee office budgets, supplies, and office vendor relationships (office and warehouse).
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of computers, be able to put in tickets to fix internal computer issues.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary.
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to workplace challenges.
