Business Office Manager 2.8 2.8 out of 5 stars Oxford, FL 34484 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Assisted Living Facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and experience in medical office management. This role requires proficiency in phone systems, payroll, and file management, along with exceptional organizational abilities. As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office while providing support to staff and enhancing overall productivity. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and document management. Maintain phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries. Implement training development programs for new staff members to ensure seamless onboarding. Manage payroll processes accurately and timely. Organize and maintain filing systems for easy access to important documents. Utilize computer systems for financial tracking and reporting as needed. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in a medical setting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in phone systems and excellent phone etiquette. Familiarity with payroll processes and file management systems. Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
