Office Manager Silo Pros, Inc. Osteen, FL 32764 Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. This role is essential in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently, providing support to both staff and clients. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and maintaining a positive work environment. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. Oversee and coordinate all administrative and office procedures. Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements. Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and document management. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to maintain financial records. Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and collaboration with team members. Support project managers and field staff with documentation and reporting. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Act as a personal assistant to senior management as required, handling scheduling and correspondence. Ensure the office is clean, organized and compliant with safety and regulatory requirements. Train new staff on office procedures and software applications. Experience Proven experience in office management or similar administrative roles. Familiarity with medical or dental reception practices is preferred but not required. Proficient in using phone systems and various office equipment. Strong computer literacy skills, particularly with Google Suite applications. Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail in written communication. Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
