Job Responsibilities:

Manage and the daily operations of the business office, including administrative staff and financial activities. Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Coordinate and manage internal and external communications, including correspondence, and reports. Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring an efficient and well-maintained work environment. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in using business software and office management tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
