As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their visit is enjoyable and memorable. Duties Supervise front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes, referrals, and patient inquiries. Train, mentor, and lead front desk staff to deliver exceptional patient services. Handle patient complaints and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Ensure the front desk area is well-organized and maintained to provide an inviting atmosphere for patients. Manage phone systems effectively, ensuring all calls are answered promptly with excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall patient experience and streamline operations. Maintain accurate records of patient information and transactions in the office. Proven experience in front desk operations or patient services within a office clinic environment. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele effectively. Strong knowledge of pediatric management principles and practices. Familiarity with phone systems and proficient phone etiquette is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer interaction. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
