The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring efficient clerical functions. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties Process new patient inquiries by coordinating intake and verifying insurance benefits Oversee daily office activities to ensure smooth operations. Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Provide administrative to clinical staff as needed. Assist in coordinating office meetings and events. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Utilize computer systems for scheduling, correspondence, and document management. Qualifications Proven experience in a chiropractic administrative/office management role preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Proficiency in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and office management software. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail. Familiarity with customer support practices is a plus.
