Role Summary:
A behind the scenes leader that is committed to keeping the restaurant organized, compliant, and accurate.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensures all Team Member Human Resources forms are filled out and filed correctly Manages Team Member evaluation system & holds leadership team accountable to the system Ensures the implementation of the policy handbook & corrects policy and procedure violations Audits time punches & breaks daily Manages change funds & deposits for restaurant Pays suppliers in alignment with restaurant accounts payable standards Completes monthly accounting in alignment with restaurant accounting standards Communicates on behalf of the restaurant with vendors, guests, and others Other duties and responsibilities as directed by restaurant management
