Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and provide executive support in a dynamic service-oriented environment. This long-term contract position is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and requires a detail-oriented individual capable of managing administrative tasks, financial processes, and team coordination effectively. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide executive support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
  • Handle financial tasks such as accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payroll processing using accounting software systems.
  • Utilize tools like ADP, Concur, and CRM platforms to streamline administrative workflows.
  • Respond to inbound calls and address inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and oversee the use of office software systems, including Dentrix and About Time, to support various business functions.
  • Coordinate with team members and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Prepare and review reports, budgets, and other documentation to support decision-making processes.
  • Oversee the implementation of office policies and procedures to maintain compliance and operational consistency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for office-related issues, ensuring timely resolution. Requirements
  • Proven experience in office management or administrative leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software systems and financial processes, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Familiarity with tools such as ADP, Concur, CRM platforms, and Dentrix software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and external contacts.
  • Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Knowledge of office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
