The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the business transactions of 2 high volume, face paced dealerships. As an office manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient daily operations and providing excellent administrative support.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee daily office activities and operations Prepare bank reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies Maintain accurate records and documentation Assist with recording manufacturer monies to the general ledger Provide support to accounting personnel to ensure proper training is provided and company processes are followed Complete floorplan payoffs, sales tax reports, and several other reconciliations as needed Assist the controller with month end processes Communicate with department managers throughout the organization Assist in overseeing functions of the billing, tag and title, payables, and receivables departments for the dealership
Requirements:
3+ years work experience as an office manager in the automotive industry is required CDK experience is required Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Must be able to work in the office Monday through
