We are seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our Atlanta office. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team. The Athens Office Manager will play a key role in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring that all employees have the resources they need to succeed.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate office activities and operations to promote efficiency and compliance to company policies Welcome and accommodate office visitors and direct them to the appropriate office or personnel Answer and direct incoming phone calls to office and manage correspondence accordingly Order, track, and maintain inventory of office supplies Track budget for office expenses Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings, including conference room bookings Coordinate interviews with Human Resources and candidates Work with Human Resources to onboard new employees Manage travel arrangements for Leadership Team and other employees as needed Maintain the office environment, including oversight of office tidiness and order Responsible for mail, shipping and receiving activities Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency Act as a resource for employees Participate actively in planning and execution of company and client meeting events Provide administrative assistance for departments as needed Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner Plan and coordinate office events On a typical day, an Office Manager may: Distribute mail and memos to employees within the office Support daily operations, such as maintaining a clean work environment within the office Assist employees with various requests Organize, track and order office supplies Facilitate in-office meetings with clients or internal resources Valuable Skills for Success in this
