JOB SUMMARY
We are is seeking a qualified, energetic, and trustworthy candidates for a full-time Office Administrator position for our Peachtree Corners, GA office. This position is vital to the success of the company as it personifies the first impressions of the firm. Candidates must be courteous, welcoming, and professional. They must demonstrate high levels of motivation, flexibility, and positivity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reception:
Welcome, greet, and assist all visitors and clients Answer phones and transfer calls to the appropriate associates companywide Assist with scheduling, managing appointments, and updating shared calendars as needed Create FedEx shipments and arrange courier services Handle company vehicle maintenance and tracking information Manage incoming and outgoing mail, printing checks, bank deposits
Office Administration:
Manage office inventory while maintaining purchasing and tracking procedures for tangible office supplies, services, and materials for multiple locations Coordinate with external building and facilities managers to submit maintenance and janitorial service requests Maintain general office tidiness including breakroom cleanup, conference room checks, running dishwasher, replenishing coffee and snacks
General Admin Support:
Provide general project support as needed, including attending internal meetings Assist with preparation of various documents, forms and presentations Assist with setup and preparation of workspace for new hires Assist with organization and scheduling of company events
IT Admin Support:
Handle all shipping for IT equipment
- packing, unpacking, all arrangements Keep equipment organized in server room and inventory updated Arrange employee equipment returns General IT admin support
- maintain Abacus exports, order IT supplies, invoice coding, submit equipment maintenance requests as needed
Executive Assistance:
Coordinate and manage complex calendars, arrange materials for upcoming events Organize and prepare for meetings, including agenda creation, note-taking, action items, and follow-up Assemble expense reports and maintain records Serve as point of contact between executives and internal/external clients Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives Track internal project timelines and deliverables Conduct research and compile data to aid in decision-making

Monday
- Thursday 7:30am
- 5:30pm; Friday 7:30am
- 11:30pm
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Administrative support or executive assistance: 2 years (Preferred) Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
