Office Managers are responsible for Completing operational and administrative task to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly Oversee protocol and internal controls within the accounting office Plus whatever it takes to be a team member at Countryside. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience with Reynolds & Reynolds Accounting Software A minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Manager of a Dealership As a Countryside Team Member, you will be responsible for exceptional customer service skills that, include the above items, as well as any and all duties as assigned by a member of management. Evenings, weekends and the ability to work varied hours and days based on the needs of the business.

Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience with Reynolds & Reynolds Accounting Software A minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Manager of a Dealership Completing operational and administrative task to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly Oversee protocol and internal controls within the accounting office Plus whatever it takes to be a team member at Countryside Physical requirements include: ability to walk and stand continuously, lift up to 60 lbs, bend, stoop, and climbing a ladder is required on occasion.
