Summary We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team at Applied Chemistries Inc. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations, supporting our team of chemists, and enhancing customer interactions. The Office Administrator will play a vital role in maintaining organizational efficiency and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize our ERP system daily (QuickBooks) for sales order entry and shipping.
- Shipment tracking and providing updates to customers and notify management of any delays.
- Organization of files and office supplies.
- Label printing.
- Making calls, taking messages, routing calls to appropriate parties and checking voicemail systems.
- Assist with accounting such as bill entry, credit card payments, reconciliation, etc.
- Checking and sorting mail and packages.
- Ordering of office supplies.
- Maintaining relationships with current label vendors and LTL reps – sourcing new opportunities when appropriate.
- Maintaining customer relationships and setting up new customers.
- Updating records.
- Sending SDS sheets as requested.
- Help warehouse staff with tasks as needed.

Experience with shipping/receiving is a plus 10.
