Known for quality work and professional service, we’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our growing team and ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations. Job Summary As the Bookkeeper, you’ll handle financial data entry, billing, payroll support, and reporting. Experience in the electrical, construction, or skilled trades industry is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities

• Enter and manage daily transactions using QuickBooks
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements
• Prepare and process customer invoices and vendor payments
• Track job costs and assist with job-related financial reporting
• Support payroll processing and employee time tracking
• Prepare monthly and year-end financial summaries
• Maintain well-organized and up-to-date financial records Qualifications
• 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (trades or construction preferred)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with job costing, progress billing, and payroll a plus Benefits
