education: High School Responsibilities A Financial office in northwest GA is looking for an Assistant Office Manager willing to help cater to clients and grow the company. Primary duties will be overseeing the office team; general accounting; and client services - especially for key accounts.
MAIN DUTIES
Onboard new clients, New Associate training, Payroll, Accounting (posting & paying bills), Process commissions, Review reports for accuracy, and general office duties.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 3-4 years professional office experience. great math / financial skills along with great verbal & written communication skills. Must also be proficient with MS Office and QuickBooks.
HOURS:
Mondays to Fridays/ 8am to 5pm + some Saturdays and later evenings during peak season.
