Business Office Manger CS Contracting Bossier City, LA 71111 Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of office management practices. This role involves supervising staff, managing budgets, and coordinating various administrative functions to support our team’s success. Duties Supervise and mentor office staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Manage budgeting processes, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively. Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Maintain organizational systems for efficient office operations, including filing systems and inventory management. Handle vendor management, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery. Manage phone systems and communication tools to facilitate effective internal and external communication. Oversee general office management tasks, including supply ordering and maintenance of office equipment. Coordinate front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients. Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting as needed. Process payroll accurately and timely for all employees. Sales Calls Requirements Proven experience in office management or a related field. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Proficient in budgeting practices and financial management. Knowledge of human resources principles and practices is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation is a plus. Familiarity with phone systems and communication technologies. Staffing Experience is preferable. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
