Office Manager 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Harahan, LA 70123 Our New Orleans office is seeking Office Manager candidates for a long-term assignment in Harahan, LA.
Duties are as follows:
Provides administrative support to office Scheduling and coordinating meetings Filing and assisting with projects as needed Preparing purchase orders Receiving and shipping packages Microsoft Office duties Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/Equivalent 2 years’ clerical/administrative office experience Must have experience with either SAGE or QuickBooks Excellent oral, telephone, and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Able to work independently Must be able to work calmly under pressure Ability to multi-task Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products Lofton offers benefits, including health, vision, dental and paid vacation after one year of service.
