The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing support to various departments. This position requires strong attention to detail, bookkeeping, a willingness to learn and working within a team environment. Duties Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Perform payroll Perform bookkeeping to ensure accurate financial records. Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations and improve efficiency. Provide clerical support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence management. Maintain office efficiency by ensuring supplies are ordered and remain in stock Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or related field is preferred. Experience with accounts payable processes is preferred. Familiarity with bookkeeping practices is preferred. Proficiency in Quickbooks or similar accounting software is an advantage. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. Willingness to learn is required.
