The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have a knack for effective communication. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth workflow, managing office resources, and supporting staff in their daily tasks. Duties Oversee and manage the personal lines department Monitor and ensure policy renewals Review and maintain production and performance reports Support the team with customer service and technical issues Handle client escalations and resolve complex service situations Collaborate with agency leadership to improve processes and results Manage and maintain office operations, including overseeing phone systems and administrative functions. Supervise office staff, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity. Maintain organized filing systems for important documents and records.
