Office Administrator J.B. Levert Land Company, LLC Thibodaux, LA 70301 Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing office operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and providing support to various departments. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Duties Enter payables and receivables into accounting system. Manage company owned storage facility. Assist in general secretarial, filing, and office organization activities. Keep updated record of vendor insurance certificates. Assist in reviewing tenant receivables Maintain accurate filing systems for documents and records. Occasionally run local errands to bank, post office, etc. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth operations. Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at office. Skills Proficiency in computer skills and excellent verbal communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office or similar software. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
