This full-time, in-office role offers a clear pathway for professional growth, with the potential to advance into a Legal Administrator position.

Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices and receipts, reconcile bank statements, and maintain accurate financial records. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and adherence to firm policies. Coordinate communications with vendors and maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems. Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and routine reporting as directed by the Legal Administrator. Participate in month-end and year-end financial close activities, which may occasionally require extended hours.

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of accounting principles, including balance sheets and income statements. Proficiency with accounting software such as Peachtree, Quicken, or Microsoft Excel. Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and effective communication skills. Prior administrative or bookkeeping experience, preferably within a legal or professional services environment. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office setting.
