Modern office setting Smart casual work attire Relaxed atmosphere On-the-job training Company perks Lively atmosphere Safe work environment This job assumes responsibility for all administrative functions which support one or more roles within the company by performing a variety of clerical tasks, including but not limited to, answering incoming calls and returning missed calls, scheduling services, checking and responding to emails and text messages, uploading scanned documents, filing documents, mailing invoices, creating verification/authorizations for payments, checking forms tracker and contacting customers who have signed, contacting customers with past due balances, typing, filing, sorting, photocopying, composing correspondence, maintaining calendars, customer relations, and ordering supplies. Acts as the point of contact for the company answering calls, relaying messages, and escalating issues to the appropriate persons and/or group. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education:
Required

Pest Management Industry Work Experience:
2 years relevant experience Related transaction processing experience preferably in the office/pest management setting Knowledge of business management principles including operations, finance, audit, personnel and resource management Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of customer information Must be proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboards Must posses strong typing skills, listening skills, and multi-tasking skills Must have an understanding of the PestPac Pest Control software Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the company Strong organizational skills Good time management skills Provides general administrative support for the company and/or specific managers within the branch office Establishes and maintains good rapport and cooperative working relationships with representatives/vendors from external companies, and co-workers Facilitates special projects for the company Types and composes routine correspondence accurately, timely, and in the appropriate format Develops and assigns the company’s detailed service assignments for technicians Other related duties as required. You will be working as a Part-Time employee. Working days will be Wednesday thru Friday, 8am
- 5pm.
