Job Description
Office Administrator DPS 303 Palmer Avenue, Falmouth, MA 02540 Property Management company, seeking a full time Office Administrator with at least 2 years of experience working in property management or in the construction industry. Candidates must be extremely organized, have excellent customer service skills, be able to adapt quickly, and prioritize projects and daily schedule. The ideal person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. General office skills a must
- proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Candidates must be flexible and adaptable to a high paced work environment with an interest and willingness to learn new programs and procedures. Responsibilities to include but will not be limited to:
- Greet visitors/clients
- Answer office phone, triage and direct calls as required
- Respond to general email inquiries
- Office organization
- Maintain current subcontractor insurance certificates
- Update/maintain Property Management Software
- i.e. enter new owner information, update fact sheets, work orders, etc.
- Create and update property records and spreadsheets ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Assist with Association/client mailings
