Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations
- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors
- Supervise clerical staff and provide training development as needed
- Manage front desk activities and ensure a professional office environment
- Coordinate vendor relationships and negotiate contracts

Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or administration
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation is a plus
