We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and compassionate Business Office Manager / HR Coordinator to join our leadership team.

Position Summary:

The BOM/HR Coordinator is responsible for overseeing day-to-day business office operations and HR functions. This includes billing, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Office Duties:

MA Health Applications Oversee Medicaid/Medicare/private insurance billing and verification Maintain resident financial files and contracts Handle petty cash, resident trust accounts

Human Resources Duties:

Coordinate employee hiring, orientation, and onboarding processes Maintain up-to-date employee files and HR records Administer benefits and leave programs Support payroll processing and timekeeping systems Ensure compliance with labor laws, facility policies, and health/safety standards Serve as a resource for staff regarding HR policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a healthcare business office and HR role (skilled nursing or long-term care preferred) Strong knowledge of billing practices and HR processes Familiarity with state and federal healthcare regulations Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant healthcare billing/HR software, PCC and RFMS
