We have an exciting opportunity for an organized, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills seeking to join a well-established Independent Advisory and Financial Service Company. Retirement Planning firm, Echelon Planning Group in Acushnet, MA is seeking a full-time Office Administrator. Candidate must exhibit exceptional time management skills, attention to detail, accept direction, be customer service oriented, and skilled with technology. Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support for the team by organizing and providing operational support within the office. Always putting the client first, this position will be heavily dependent upon a positive attitude, solid work ethic, and desire to go above and beyond. Other responsibilities include first impressions and client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer Phones
- Record Notes from client conversation into CRM system Work with team to scan and maintain an organized and compliant filing system Mail outgoing correspondence and sort and distribute incoming mail Lobby area/conference room ready for clients
- greet and offer refreshments Input prospects to database Work with team to prepare for all client meetings Send reminders to clients for appointments and help Marketing Team with packets for seminars Keep CRM updated with client interaction Attend company events/workshops and follow up with the prospects form the seminars Assist Advisors with follow up on Marketing Leads Maintain professional communication with clients and team members Provide marketing support as needed including newsletters, blog, social, website, communications, events, etc Salary $50,000•60,000 Benefits Health Insurance at reduced cost Long term disability 401k with up to 4% match Flex time Hours M-F 8am-4pm If you meet or exceed the expectations described above, please apply today!
