8-4:30PM The Office Manager oversees the daily operations of an office environment, ensuring the workplace runs efficiently and effectively. This role includes managing administrative staff, coordinating office procedures, handling scheduling and correspondence, maintaining supplies, and supporting company leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate administrative staff and office activities Fill customer orders, Filing, payables Familiarity with Quickbooks, ERP System, etc. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and administrative systems Organize meetings, manage calendars, and support executive team as needed Implement and improve office processes and policies Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Lead Strong organizational and leadership skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office equipment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently
