Job Description
Office Manager & Project Coordinator Full-time | On-site | Danvers, MAWe are a locally owned, woman-led sign shop that helps businesses andorganizations get their messages seen through creative, high-qualitysignage. We’re small but growing – and we’re looking for someone whowants to grow with us.
Responsibilities:
This is a dynamic role withevolving responsibilities. You’ll start with core tasks such as:~Answering phones and assisting customers with sign orders orinformation ~Helping walk-in customers place new orders or pick up andpay for completed ones ~Writing estimates for inquiries received viaphone, email, or in person ~Managing the transition of projects fromsales to production and keeping workflows organized ~Learning tocomplete and submit sign permit applications ~Assisting with smallmarketing efforts (social media posts, email campaigns, local outreach)~Following up on estimates and staying in communication with customers~Pitching in with light design or production tasks when needed(cross-training provided)
Qualifications:
We’re looking for someone whois: ~A strong communicator (written and verbal) ~Eager to learn andopen to training ~Proactive, dependable, and comfortable takinginitiative ~A team player who isn’t afraid to share ideas or takeownership of a task ~Excited about working in a small business andlearning all aspects of the process ~Familiar with Canva or AdobeCreative Cloud (a plus, but not required)

Pay:
$20-22 to start withability for increase as more responsibility is added
