We’re currently seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to support our operations and keep everything running smoothly.

Position Overview:

The Office Administrator plays a key role in the daily functions of our office. This person will be the first point of contact for residents, vendors, and clients, and will help manage a variety of administrative and property-related tasks. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist residents, vendors, and guests in person and over the phone
  • Respond to emails and resident inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Support leasing, maintenance, and accounting teams with clerical and data entry tasks
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems
  • Assist with scheduling, work orders, and tenant communication
  • Monitor office supply levels and place orders when necessary
  • Help coordinate property inspections, vendor access, and other site-related needs
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of office administrative experience (property management experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or education is a plus Why Join Us?
