The successful individual must have a print background, strong interpersonal skills and be customer oriented. This is a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Key duties include:

Supervising customer service, design and customer relations functions Participating in customer communications, order entry, file transfer and pricing Working with customers to execute their graphic design requirements and/or file modifications Working closely with production functions to ensure smooth order processing Ordering materials from vendors as needed Supporting production functions as required Key skills Knowledge of Abobe products and InDesign in particular Print and design background Supervisory skills including implementing company processes Customer focused Able to learn operational software Strong interpersonal skills Energetic with a get it done attitude Team player Willing to pitch in where ever needed This is a full-time position with hours of 8:00 to 4:30 (no weekends).
