Resources on behalf of our client GreenOp Landscape is seeking a reliable, self-driven, and highly organized Office Manager to join our team and help streamline operations, support our crews, and ensure exceptional customer experience. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative functions, supporting both internal teams and clients, and ensuring the smooth operation of office systems. This role is pivotal in keeping our business organized, responsive, and efficient. Ideal candidates will have administrative experience, strong communication skills, and a working knowledge of the landscape industry.

What we offer:

Salary – $60,000- $80,000 per year based on skills and qualifications Performance-based bonuses 401(k) plan with employer contribution Full-time, 40 hours/week Must be present in the office at least 4 days per week What we need from you: Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative services or related fields Familiarity with the landscaping industry: services, terminology, and project timelines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset Proficient in CRM software Experience with Arborgold or Aspire highly desirable Basic understanding of QuickBooks a bonus Minor accounting experience (logging payments/expenses) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or

Google Workspace Tech-savvy:

Able to quickly learn new tools, systems, and software platforms with minimal instruction What you will do: Manage office operations and workflows with efficiency and attention to detail, ensuring systems and procedures are optimized with minimal wasted effort. Own administrative duties including scheduling, documentation, and coordinating with internal teams—taking full responsibility for follow-through without needing constant oversight. Serve as the primary communication point for clients and staff with honesty, patience, and enthusiasm—ensuring professionalism and clarity in every interaction. Track and log expenses and payments with basic accounting support; maintain accuracy and completeness in records, showing persistence in reconciling any discrepancies. Track and report crew hours for payroll processing. Operate and maintain CRM systems (ideally Arborgold or Aspire), quickly learning new features and tools—demonstrating tech-savviness and adaptability. Support financial workflows by collaborating with accountants and using QuickBooks for minor bookkeeping tasks—showing organizational skills and ownership over outcomes. Ensure all tasks are wrapped up with diligence and care. Assist with project timelines, client scheduling, and service descriptions—leveraging your understanding of the landscaping industry and confidence in representing our work accurately. Maintain a professional, positive office environment by modeling enthusiasm, persistence, and a can-do attitude, especially during busy or high-pressure periods.
