We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic, highly motivated Office Administrator with Book keeping experience to join our Dynamic Team. This is a full-time position , however for the right fit, we are open to offer hours that could be mutually beneficial.
Hours:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process all billing from vendors and to primarily commercial customers. Manage bookkeeping, mostly AP/AR. Manage as well as investigate and resolve returns and credits. Welcome customers and answer phone calls as needed. Replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Hands on expertise with QuickBooks is
MUST. MUST
be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment. Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone to vendors and customers. Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
