Job Description
The primary responsibilities of the office manager, in order ofrequirement, are: 1. Bookkeeper (we are using QuickBooks Online)
- Including all AR and AP functions 2. HR Manager
- Maintain employeerecords properly
- Support weekly payroll process
- Help employeesnavigate benefits, etc.
- Interface with benefits providers (BCBS,Redwing, etc.)
- Interface with Mass Unemployment, Child Support, etc.3. Reception
- limited
- maybe 5 calls and 1 visitor or delivery a day
- Answer phones
- Receive shipments/mail
- Receive visitors 4. Coordinateoffice events
- lunches, outings
- approx. 1/month 5. Lead the shopSafety program
- MSDS sheets
- PPE 6.
Support basic purchasing (PPE,etc.)
