How you make a difference The Office Manager oversees Home Office operations, ensuring organizational efficiency through the coordination of resources and procedures. They also provide administrative support for the company’s Comprehensive Organizational Review and Evaluation program. As a critical member of the team, the Office Manager plays a vital role in facilitating organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities + Supervises office assistant and maintains reception area and company phone lines. + Coordinates office meetings, employee celebrations, and annual leadership conference. + Administers Comprehensive Organizational Review and Evaluation (CORE) team’s scheduling, travel arrangements, budget analysis, and data collection. + Oversees day-to-day office operations, including inventory tracking and supply ordering. + Manages Home Office vendor relations, acts as liaison with facilities management, and assists with on-boarding new employees. Qualifications & Requirements Education + High School diploma required + College degree preferred. Experience + 2-3 years Administrative and/or Office Management experience required. + Supervisory experience preferred.
