Description
AMHC is seeking a skilled Outpatient Office Manager to oversee our site’s operational delivery of services and resources. In this role, you will supervise site-based staff, collaborate with other supervisors, and ensure office practices align with AMHC’s mission and values. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of the team and facilitating the delivery of high-quality mental health and community support services. The chosen candidate will embody AMHC’s core values of Integrity, Compassion, Excellence, Service, Collaboration, and Respect.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Ensure operational effectiveness of services, protocols, policies, and workflows. Work with supervisors and Program Directors to meet staffing and contractual obligations.
Resource Management:
Oversee office space, maintenance, schedules, and service access. Coordinate with IT for office moves and relocations.
Team Support:
Conduct staff meetings, attend leadership meetings, and facilitate new hire orientation. Monitor and support staff development.
Community Engagement:
Promote AMHC services and build strong relationships with referral sources. Address concerns and continually improve service delivery.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, and address job performance issues.
Collaborate with Program Directors in recruitment, staff role updates, and HR-related employment issues.
General Expectations:
Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for individuals seeking services.
Adapt to team needs while working with diverse populations.
Follow policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements
