3+ Years in Commercial Construction Are you detail-driven, organized, and ready to grow your construction career? Septagon Construction is seeking a motivated Project Manager – Office Level 2 to support our project delivery team in ensuring jobs are well-planned, on-budget, and on-time. This role is ideal for someone with strong estimating and procurement skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple aspects of construction project administration with minimal supervision.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate project estimating, subcontracting, and material procurement. Support project managers with administration, scheduling, and job cost tracking. Lead material take-offs and order processes post-contract. Attend preconstruction meetings and maintain communication with construction teams and suppliers. Manage project closeout, invoicing, submittals, change orders, and documentation.
What You Bring:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial construction project coordination. Strong organizational and time management skills. Clear, professional communication abilities—written and verbal.
