is the authorized Toyota industrial truck dealer operating from a state-of-the-art facility off I-44 in NE Springfield. Now in our 43rd year, we proudly serve area customers with integrity as our foundation. As the First Impressions Office Administrator, you will be the welcoming face of Lift Truck Center—answering and directing calls for three locations, greeting visitors, assisting new employees with onboarding, and supporting internal operations, marketing initiatives, and company events. This role also includes managing petty cash, ordering supplies, coordinating travel and meetings, and helping maintain a positive and organized workplace culture.

Marketing Manager Essential Functions:

Answering and routing phone calls, live chat, and website inquiries, greeting visitors, assisting new hires with onboarding, managing petty cash and reimbursements, coordinating office supply orders and equipment maintenance, maintaining shared calendars and directories, and preparing conference rooms and company events.

Other Functions:

Supports employee engagement, cultural development, and internal marketing initiatives. The role also coordinates travel arrangements and meeting logistics, assists with administrative projects, and helps with special assignments as needed. Excel, PowerPoint Experience:

Prior experience with phone systems, onboarding, petty cash handling, and office administration preferred. Familiarity with marketing support, event coordination, data entry, and database management is a plus. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office, including Excel, Word, Outlook. Advanced knowledge of phones, office machines, including copier, scanner, fax, and printer. Intermediate knowledge of time keeping and entering payroll hours. Basic knowledge of the internet. Strong attention to detail. Basic math skills Interpersonal skills necessary in order to communicate and follow instructions effectively to provide information to coworkers and other departments with courtesy and tact. Able to work effectively in a team environment. Able to process work with accuracy. Identifies what needs to be done and acts without being asked. Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Able to work a flexible schedule as needed. Able to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints. Able to maintain confidentiality and process confidential information discretely. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or some college preferred. Work Experience Requires previous work-related skills, knowledge or experience. Physical Requirements and Work Schedule Work in office environment at normal noise level
