Summary We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO at LogoStoreUSA. This pivotal role requires a highly organized individual who will provide comprehensive administrative office management and support to our CEO, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication within the organization. Responsibilities Manage the office and order workflow. Prepare and organize documents for meetings, including agendas and reports. Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials as needed. Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely responses. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for business trips. Maintain office organization and ensure that supplies are stocked. Support event planning efforts for company functions and client engagements. Perform various administrative tasks to enhance productivity within the executive office. Requirements Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or other administrative roles. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in computer literacy with experience in office software applications. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is beneficial but not required.
