As the Office Manager at Northpark, you will provide full-scale office management for the property to meet ownership objectives. To succeed, you should have: Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3+ years of administrative experience. Experience with shopping mall property management is a plus. Knowledge of accounts payable processes. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with customers, tenants, and ownership. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel. Your responsibilities as the Office Manager – Northpark will include: Assist in contract management, insurance claims, lease data updates, and construction documentation. Prepare and manage files, distribute notices, resolve issues, and facilitate internal and external communication. Provide cross-departmental assistance, maintain schedules, handle certificates of insurance, and ensure office efficiency. Process invoices, accounts payable/receivable, 1099s, and prepare monthly reports and sales data.
