We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship, timely delivery, and excellent client service. We are looking for a reliable and organized Front Office Assistant / Administrator to join our team and help streamline day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner Answer incoming calls, emails, and route correspondence appropriately Maintain appointment schedules and calendars for management and project teams Manage office supplies, order inventory, and ensure the office remains organized and well-stocked Support document management including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders Assist with data entry, timesheets, invoicing, and other basic bookkeeping tasks Coordinate meetings, site visits, and travel arrangements as needed Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for project records Interface with field teams and subcontractors to track progress and relay important updates Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory documentation Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support operations

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or office administration training preferred 2+ years of administrative or front office experience (construction industry a plus) Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, or CoConstruct) Basic knowledge of accounts payable/receivable processes Experience supporting field personnel and job site operations

$15.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 8 per week
