Compensation:
$18•25 per hour, based on experience

Friday Responsibilities Accounting & Bookkeeping:
Maintain accurate ledgers across multiple residential construction projects Manage accounts payable and receivable Track and manage certificates of insurance (COI’s) Maintain and improve bookkeeping systems and processes Support procurement efforts and assist the field team as needed Prepare reports and support additional accounting tasks as needed
Office Administration:
Maintain office organization Handle general office duties and assist with various administrative needs Organize contracts and project documentation Assist in the permitting process
Requirements:
Proven understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles Exceptional data entry skills and attention to detail Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and accounting software (QuickBooks proficiency required) Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace for communication, collaboration, and data organization Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills•comfortable communicating with trades, vendors, and clients Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting to a variety of roles as needed Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset Candidates invited to a second interview will be asked to complete a brief skills test
Preferred:
3+ years bookkeeping experience Experience with residential construction processes and terminology Experience supporting project-based businesses (like construction, architecture, or design) Ready to Apply?
